FWIW, I'm crazy sensitive to chemicals and such-- new carpet/paint/anything chemically causes me to feel nauseated and dizzy for much longer than it should. Josh, on the other hand, could lick the chemicals and not feel a thing. So it might not all be in your head.

Also, seconding the Dyson suggestion! That's the best $450 I have ever spent. I loooove it.
